Position Overview: In this role, you will deliver technical engineering assistance to the molding and assembly sectors. We expect you to concentrate on project management, process enhancement, process regulation, and the application of discipline, as well as troubleshooting production methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot processes for existing products
- Provide technical support to production teams to foster continuous and significant improvements
- Employ statistical techniques for product and process evaluation
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives related to HPWS pyramid sections for Process Discipline and Control
- Facilitate cost-reduction strategies
- Support process development for new molds and equipment throughout the validation phase
Travel Requirements:
Limited travel, approximately 10% domestically.
Work Schedule:
Standard business hours; Monday to Friday.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Plastics or Extrusion Engineering or a related field.
Experience Requirements:
0-2+ years of experience in process or project engineering. Relevant engineering experience is essential, and we will also consider co-op and internship experience.
Essential Skills:
- Understanding of plastic molding technologies
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with process data management systems
- Able to manage multiple complex tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CAD drafting, particularly Solidworks

The salary range for this position is competitive, with starting pay determined by various job-related factors, including geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
