About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Support Lead to join our team at Five Below. As a Support Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring that our customers have an exceptional shopping experience, while also supporting the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Store Manager and Customer Service Manager in directing the Front End Lead(s) and sales associates
  • Responsible for all key functions of the store as directed
  • Ensure that each guest has a fast, friendly, and seamless checkout experience
  • Maintain the store's cleanliness, recovery, and readiness for customers at all times
  • Assist with front end operations, cash management, and sales
  • Train and develop sales associates to provide exceptional customer service
  • Drive sales and control expenses
  • Perform store maintenance, including taking out garbage, sweeping, and cleaning bathrooms
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure
