Job Title: Field Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at Mazak. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining our CNC machining centers and lathes at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and commission new equipment at customer sites, ensuring proper setup and calibration.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing equipment, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Provide training and support to customers on the operation and maintenance of our equipment.
  • Travel to customer sites, often overnight, to perform installations and repairs.
  • Collaborate with our technical team to resolve complex technical issues and improve equipment performance.
Requirements:
  • 2-year technical training in electronics, mechanical, or machine tool assembly.
  • 1-3 years of experience in field service or a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
