Responsibilities:
  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
  • Develop and implement patient-specific care plans

  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
Requirements:
  • Current unencumbered, valid Kansas & Missouri State Board of Nursing RN license
  • Minimum of 1 year of home health experience
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
  • CPR certification
