About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Controllership, SAP S/4 Transformation to join our team at NBCUniversal. This critical role will play a key part in our SAP S4 HANA implementation, Project Keystone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with colleagues across Global Finance and Technology to drive finance digital transformation from design to deployment.
  • Support the Studios Group business line as the main point of contact and liaison.
  • Align with business unit leaders and team members on functional and data requirements, ensuring business-critical inputs are incorporated in the system design.
  • Act as a change agent in the business area, understanding and articulating business unit finance processes and business rules.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant area, with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in the media industry, preferably in a Studios Group area.
  • 3+ years of professional work experience in an SAP ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated understanding of SAP business processes, including AP, RTR, and OTC.
  • Solid understanding of agile project management and a record of on-time delivery.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to drive change.
  • Experience in organizational change management.
  • Solution-driven and results-oriented, with outstanding problem-solving skills.
What We Offer

This position has been designated as hybrid, with a minimum of three days per week contributing from the office. We offer a competitive salary range of $125,000-170,000 (bonus and long-term incentive eligible). Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and more.
