About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Controllership for SAP S/4 HANA to join our team at NBCUniversal. As a critical member of our SAP S/4 HANA implementation, Project Keystone, you will play a key role in our finance digital transformation from design to deployment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic thinking and input based on subject matter expertise (SME) for next generation ERP Finance Solutions for master data, implementation, and process design for Studios Group.
  • Interface with Studios Group finance, S/4 Core Team, BU's, System Integrator (SI) and O&T to capture & analyse business processes, workflows, policies, tables, objects, master data elements, programs, transactions etc. related to the current ECC solution;
  • Translate Studios Group needs into fit to standard business process design of SAP S/4 solutions within related NBCU Finance function.
  • Translate Studios Group reporting needs into master data design of SAP S/4 solutions within related NBCU Finance function.
  • Participate in workshops and sessions around code block, business process analysis, process re-engineering, global templates, and value chain analysis.
  • Build Studios Group stakeholder consensus ensuring understanding of, and agreement to S/4 core design principles and champion the solution being proposed.
  • Serve as a change agent to SAP S/4 transformation and assist BU Finance teams with change management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or other relevant area and a minimum of 8 years of experience.
  • 5+ years experience in the media industry, preferably in a Studios Group area(s).
  • 3+ years of professional work experience in an SAP ecosystem preferred.
  • Demonstrated understanding of SAP business processes (e.g., AP, RTR, OTC)
  • Solid understanding of agile project mgmt. and a record of accomplishment of on time delivery
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to keep momentum and drive change.
  • Experience in organizational change management
  • Solution driven and results oriented
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills within functional and technical areas
  • Ability to represent NBCU with third party implementers with a collaborative mindset
  • A distinctive working knowledge of finance and data processes

This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks. Salary Range

$125,000-170,000 (bonus and long-term incentive eligible). As part of our selection process, external candidates may be required to attend an in-person interview with an NBCUniversal employee at one of our locations prior to a hiring decision.
