Position: Facilities Maintenance Technician
Key Responsibilities: The Facilities Maintenance Technician will be responsible for a range of tasks, including assisting with the upkeep, repair, and enhancement of the facility, its utility systems, and surrounding grounds. This role involves adhering to a structured maintenance schedule for various mechanical, electrical, and system equipment, along with maintaining the necessary documentation as required.
Work Schedule: Full-Time
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Minimum of one year of experience in one of the following areas: (a) general maintenance (institution or building), (b) carpentry or facility construction, (c) plumbing and/or electrical work, (d) appliance maintenance. Strong communication skills and the ability to follow both written and verbal instructions are essential.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
