Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and support network devices, firewalls, and security devices
  • Configure and maintain network core, voice, and high availability architectures
  • Secure and manage ingress/egress connectivity to/from the institution
  • Monitor and analyze network performance traffic
  • Recommend hardware and software upgrades/efficiencies

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in a Network Engineer level II capacity
  • Associate Degree or Certificate in Computer Sciences or related technical field
  • Excellent documentation skills and knowledge transfer sharing
  • Ability to work under high-pressure demanding environment and support critical issues
  • Familiarity with hardware and software devices from Fortinet, Cisco, Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Voice Gateways, Unified Communication Solution, SIP, PBX systems, SNMP & SIEM products
