Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Mercy. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care under the supervision of a licensed healthcare professional.
  • Maintain professional accountability for the provision of patient care and coordinate care with other departments as needed.
  • Ensure patient rights and confidentiality of patient information are maintained at all times.
  • Perform duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
  • Current LPN license within the hiring state.
  • Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.
  • Preferred certifications: IV Certification within 1 year of hire.
