Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure the availability of clean flatware, glassware, dishes, pots, and pans.
  • Maintain proper levels of detergents and sanitizers in the dish machine.
  • Check dish machine wash and rinse temperatures hourly.
  • Change dish water as needed, especially during high-volume periods.
  • Set up the 3-compartment sink with proper sanitizer levels.
  • Adhere to food safety procedures and regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and dry dish area.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and sanitized work environment at all times.
  • Report any unsafe conditions or needed repairs to management immediately.
  • Work collaboratively as a team to achieve common goals.
  • Ensure all equipment and tools are properly stored and maintained.
  • Inspect plates, glassware, and pans for cleanliness before putting them away.
  • Help colleagues when needed and maintain a respectful attitude towards others.
