Main Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishwasher at Chow Daddy's. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our dish area, maintaining proper food safety procedures, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the availability of clean flatware, glassware, dishes, pots, and pans.
  • Maintain proper levels of detergents and sanitizers in the dish machine.
  • Check dish machine wash and rinse temperatures hourly.
  • Change dish water as needed, especially during high-volume periods.
  • Set up the 3-compartment sink with proper sanitizer levels.
  • Adhere to food safety procedures and regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and dry dish area.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and sanitized work area at all times.
  • Report any unsafe conditions or needed repairs to management immediately.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals.
  • Keep the dish area organized and clean, including sorting silverware and inspecting dishes for cleanliness.
  • Use wet floor signs and mats to maintain a safe environment.
  • Be respectful and courteous to colleagues and guests.
