About the Role

The Commonwealth of Virginia is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team. As a Sales and Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for selling and marketing lottery products to retailers in the Martinsville, Axton, and Ridgeway areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a strong network of retailers in the assigned territory
  • Manage and optimize sales and marketing strategies to meet sales targets
  • Provide training and support to retailers on lottery products and promotions
  • Manage inventory and merchandise to ensure optimal sales and customer satisfaction
  • Implement and monitor retailer incentive and promotional programs to drive sales growth

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, marketing, and merchandising, with a focus on consumer products
  • Proven track record of success in territory management and sales growth
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory
