Job Summary

The Virginia Lottery is seeking a Sales Representative to join our team in the Martinsville, Axton, and Ridgeway areas. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling and marketing lottery products to retailers, developing and managing a network of retailers, and implementing and monitoring retailer incentive and promotional programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a network of retailers in the assigned territory
  • Market and sell lottery products to retailers
  • Train retailers on lottery products and promotions
  • Manage inventory and merchandise lottery products
  • Implement and monitor retailer incentive and promotional programs

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, marketing, and merchandising
  • Knowledge of inventory management and automated ordering devices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory
