SuccessFactors Consultant Job Description

Saxon Global is seeking a highly skilled SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team. As a SuccessFactors Consultant, you will be responsible for optimizing and implementing SuccessFactors performance management solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and configure SuccessFactors Goal and Performance management modules
  • Review and provide recommendations for client's current performance management setup
  • Configure opt-in features and functions for continuous performance management
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to solicit and document business requirements
  • Configure changes, coordinate testing efforts, and production launch
  • Technical troubleshooting and resolution of escalated system-related issues
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience with SuccessFactors Goal and Performance management
  • Multiple implementation experience in SuccessFactors Goal and Performance management
  • Experience in supporting SuccessFactors Goal and Performance management
  • Experience in implementing SuccessFactors Goal and Performance management for multiple countries in different languages
