About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Transportation Team in New England. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating, selecting, specifying, and designing electrical power and lighting systems for various projects, including roadways, waterfront/marine infrastructure, site development, aviation, and electrical infrastructure design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with clients, agencies, and stakeholders to obtain project objectives, requirements, and approvals.
  • Examine field conditions to support development and completion of project designs.
  • Manage or take on the technical lead role for lighting and electrical projects.
  • Perform electrical engineering design tasks, including preparation and coordination of project deliverables and documents.
  • Review and ensure quality assurance and quality control for all final products.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer preferred or ability to be licensed within 6 months.
  • 6 years of experience working in the electrical engineering field.
  • Design experience in lighting design, energy code compliance, and other related areas.
  • Thorough understanding and knowledge of the architectural and engineering industry.
  • Ability to solve complex problems using sound professional judgment, creativity, and innovation.
