  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of registered dietitians, nutrition technicians, and other support staff, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
  • Quality Improvement: Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction, food quality, and safety.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited dietetic program in a university or college, with completion of an accredited dietetic internship.
  • Licensure: Current unencumbered Oregon Dietetic Licensure/Registered Dietitian through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or RD eligible.
  • Experience: Two years of nutrition/food services experience, with one year of direct leadership experience.
  • Certifications: Successful completion of a Food Handler's course or ServSafe certification within 30 days of hire.
