- Oversee all phases of job setup, tool assembly, deployment, and installation to ensure complete client satisfaction.
- Identify potential issues with operational equipment while liaising with clients and NOV Operations.
- Confirm that all necessary preparations are completed, equipment is operational, and all pre-installation assessments are performed, ensuring all documentation is precise and accounted for.
- Supervise the installation of all equipment at client job locations.
- Maintain consistent communication with client representatives at the job site.
- Generate comprehensive reports detailing all activities at the well site before and during installation.
- Account for, calibrate, and assess all NOV equipment against job specifications.
- Conduct hydraulic calculations, including displacements, capacities, buoyancies, and pressures, and document findings on schematics and reports.
- Accurately complete installation reports, schematics, and field tickets.
- Exhibit availability and readiness for work during on-call rotations.
- Engage in daily shop operations as necessary.
- A minimum of five years' experience in both conventional and unconventional completions.
- Extensive technical and practical expertise with downhole tools, liner hangers, packers, stage tools, annulus casing packers, and coil tools.
- Thorough understanding of completion and production tools, including operation, rebuilding, and disassembly processes.
- Ability to evaluate wellbore conditions and identify potential issues prior to development.
- Comprehension of downhole hydraulics and its implications for tool functionality and setup.
- Capability to perform essential calculations such as downhole hydraulics, displacements, tallies, and tubing movements.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering handbooks.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Must pass a Physical Test.

- Compliance with all applicable Field Service on-site ticket requirements as per HSE Manager and client specifications.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety leadership and fulfilling all safety documentation requirements and responsibilities.
- Training in Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for potential noise exposure, mists/vapors, gloves, safety glasses, and steel-toed boots.
- Completion of WHMIS training.
