Job Description

The ideal candidate is a customer-focused professional with strong technical skills, capable of thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair various equipment and systems, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, adhering to established procedures.
  • Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and safety checks to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Collaborate with customers and colleagues to identify equipment issues, determine necessary repairs or replacements.
  • Prepare detailed service reports, equipment documentation, and other administrative tasks.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Travel to customer sites to perform on-site repairs or installations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in a relevant field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a related industry.
  • Ability to diagnose and repair equipment issues accurately and efficiently.
  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in a relevant field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a related industry.
  • Ability to diagnose and repair equipment issues accurately and efficiently.
