Service Technician

The ideal candidate is a customer-focused professional with strong technical skills, capable of thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair various equipment and systems, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, adhering to established procedures.
- Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and safety checks to ensure optimal system performance.
- Collaborate with customers and colleagues to identify equipment issues, determine necessary repairs or replacements.
- Prepare detailed service reports, equipment documentation, and other administrative tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and escalating issues when necessary.
- Travel to customer sites to perform on-site repairs or installations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in a relevant field preferred.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a related industry.
- Ability to diagnose and repair equipment issues accurately and efficiently.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in a relevant field preferred.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a related industry.
