Position Overview:
As a Cytology Specialist, you will be responsible for the meticulous examination of cytological specimens, including both Gynecologic and Non-Gynecologic samples. Your expertise will be crucial in achieving precise diagnoses that impact patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough screenings of cytological specimens to ensure accurate diagnostic outcomes.
2. Process and stain specimens received in the laboratory, adhering to established protocols.
3. Collaborate with ancillary departments to assist in patient procedures, enhancing the overall patient experience.

Compensation:
The estimated pay range for this position is $47.70 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field.
2. Licenses & Certifications: Must hold certification as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist and be an ASCP Certified Cytotechnologist.
3. Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in cytotechnology is required, with a preference for candidates possessing 3 years of relevant experience.
