Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Medical Assistant to join our team at Providence Swedish Medical Group. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist licensed practitioners in providing patient care and performing clinical duties
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical procedures and technologies
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited medical assisting program or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Washington State Medical Assistant Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
  • 6 months of healthcare experience and 6 months of medical assisting experience
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification within 30 days of hire
