Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to meet customer needs and exceed sales targets
  • Work collaboratively with customers to understand their requirements and provide personalized solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous sales or customer-facing experience a plus; willingness to learn and develop sales skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences
