Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to meet customer needs and exceed sales targets
- Work collaboratively with customers to understand their requirements and provide personalized solutions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals
- Participate in sales training and coaching to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience a plus; willingness to learn and develop sales skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences
