Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement user experience design strategies to improve the usability and accessibility of our products and services.

  • Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions and ensure user needs are met.

  • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products and services.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Proficiency in design tools, including Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and human-computer interaction.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with React and other front-end technologies.
  • Knowledge of design systems and design thinking methodologies.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with a mix of remote and in-office work.
