Primary Responsibilities
  • Project Oversight: Strategically plan, coordinate, and manage excavation and underground wet utility projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless execution of all phases.
  • Financial & Timeline Management: Formulate and oversee project budgets and timelines. Track expenditures and project schedules, proactively addressing any challenges that may emerge.
  • Team Leadership: Direct and manage project teams, including subcontractors and field personnel. Provide clear guidance and support to foster effective team performance.
  • Client Engagement: Act as the main liaison for clients, offering regular updates and addressing any inquiries or modifications to the project scope.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all operations comply with industry standards and safety regulations, as well as project specifications.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. Prepare and deliver project summaries as required.
  • Safety Management: Enforce safety protocols on-site to ensure a secure working environment for all personnel.
Required Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management within the excavation and underground wet utility sector.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of excavation methods, utility installation, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
