Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales as a residential representative for both new and existing clients.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess experience in outside sales, particularly in a one-call-close environment within residential settings. We prefer candidates with a background in skilled trades such as plumbing, HVAC, pest control, lawn care, roofing, air conditioning, siding, windows, solar, countertops, kitchen and bath installations, or security systems.

  • Experience in residential sales
  • Strong customer service background
  • Proven sales skills with a history of exceeding targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently
  • Experience in the service industry is advantageous
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential
