Your responsibilities will include executing transactions and addressing service requests in line with established guidelines, while effectively managing inquiries from both clients and various business partners.Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently process transactions and respond to client inquiries with a resourceful and client-focused approach, ensuring professionalism and accuracy in all communications. Take ownership of client issues and follow through to resolution, whether in-person or through various communication channels, including phone and email. You will assess the urgency of situations and escalate matters to the appropriate internal teams when necessary. Meet or exceed established service level expectations, including customer satisfaction, turnaround times, cross-selling objectives, and compliance with regulatory standards. Provide comprehensive support, ranging from basic navigation assistance to in-depth technical guidance.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Service, Banking Operations, or Treasury Management. Basic to intermediate understanding of banking operations, including deposit services, loan management, and treasury solutions. Familiarity with regulatory compliance and industry standards.
