Chef Manager Opportunity

Morrison Living, a member of Compass Group USA, is seeking a talented and experienced Chef Manager to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for the success of our food service operation, working closely with the Director of Dining Services to ensure exceptional community experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the culinary team to deliver high-quality food and exceptional customer service
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and receiving to ensure efficient operations
  • Develop and implement menu plans, cost controls, and purchasing strategies to optimize food costs and quality
  • Promote sustainability and local food sourcing initiatives

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or restaurant settings
  • Knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and sanitation practices
  • Experience with menu development, cost controls, and inventory management
  • ServSafe certification and knowledge of P&L accountability
