Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lot Attendant to join our team at RWC Group. As a Lot Attendant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of traffic through our facility, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized service area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Service Advisors by greeting customers and moving vehicles through the lot in a timely manner.
  • Install disposable seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats, and tags in all vehicles taken in for service.
  • Inspect for and record any vehicle damage present when the vehicle is taken in for service.
  • Drive vehicles from the service lane to their proper places in the service parking lot.
  • Deliver keys and repair order hard copies as instructed by the Service Manager.
  • Ensure all vehicles in the service parking lot are kept locked and windows rolled up.
  • Assist in moving disabled vehicles in or around the Service Department.
  • Retrieve customer vehicles from the parking lot when their bill is paid or as directed by the Cashier.
  • Inspect each vehicle for lot damage and report any damage to management immediately.
  • Remove seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats, and I.D. tabs installed when the vehicle was taken in for service.
  • Inspect the vehicle for grease spots or stains and clean them up immediately.
  • Deliver completed vehicles to customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Maintain the parking lot in a neat and organized manner and keep the parking areas free of debris.
  • Perform general cleaning and janitorial duties in the common areas of the facilities.
  • Perform limited grounds maintenance such as trimming hedges and cleaning sidewalks.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License (CDL a plus)
  • Proven track record of achieving or over-achieving goals
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
  • Great attitude with a high-energy personality
  • Superior customer service skills
