Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure the successful development and implementation of cybersecurity solutions.
- Program Management: Manage and coordinate multiple projects and programs to ensure timely delivery and effective resource allocation.
- Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to identify key areas of innovation and investment for technical recommendations.
- Team Development: Lead and develop a high-performing team of cybersecurity engineers to achieve exceptional results.
Requirements:
- Top Secret Clearance: Must have a Top Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain additional program accesses.
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrated understanding of Air Force acquisition programs and Cyber Operations, with strong technical team leadership skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or related field, with a minimum of 8 years of related experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Top Secret SCI Clearance, experience with Joint Cyber Warfighting Architecture projects, and knowledge of Information Operations and Offensive Cyber Operations.
