REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the finance sector
Prior experience in a mortgage-related environment is advantageous
Proficient in invoice processing
Management of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
Month-end financial closing
Reconciliation tasks
Familiarity with Concur or similar financial software
Strong Excel skills
Support for billing and loan inquiries
Experience with electronic invoicing
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The responsibilities of the Financial Operations Specialist include, but are not limited to:
- Processing payments and invoices efficiently
- Assisting in the oversight of accounts payable and managing service mailboxes
- Ensuring prompt processing of both paper and electronic invoices
- Tracking the status of pending invoices and resolving outstanding issues
- Addressing inquiries related to payments
- Maintaining aging reports for both accounts payable and receivable
- Completing vendor setup processes
- Conducting reconciliations for the finance department
- Resolving vendor-related issues
- Providing support to users on Concur software regarding invoicing and expense reimbursements
- Managing document tracking
- Assisting with the month-end closing process for Accounts Payable
