Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, fintech, or other high-growth sectors in a quantitative or analytical capacity.
  • A degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or Business.
  • A proven history of enhancing business performance and identifying strategic gaps, particularly in financial services and credit risk management.
  • Technologically adept, with the capability to formulate rules for credit evaluations.
  • Expertise in data extraction and manipulation, as well as proficiency in programming languages (SQL, R, Python, MatLab, Java, C#, etc.).
  • Strong motivation, ambition, and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • Exceptional skills in stakeholder engagement.
  • A curious mindset with a passion for exploring the underlying reasons behind decisions.
  • Fluency in verbal and written English communication.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with advanced statistical methodologies and machine learning applications.
  • Understanding of macroeconomic trends and their implications for credit risk.
  • Prior involvement in product launches and market development.
  • Solid grasp of regulatory frameworks within the financial services sector.
