About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at REWE. As a Sales Associate - Bakery, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our bakery products to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain attractive product displays to showcase our bakery offerings.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers on our bakery products.
• Ensure excellent product presentation, freshness, and cleanliness in the store.
• Implement sales strategies to increase customer engagement and drive sales.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the food retail industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
