Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Quantum Ventures. As a Sales Associate - Bakery, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our bakery products in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our bakery products, including ingredients, nutritional information, and preparation methods.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain visually appealing store displays, ensuring that products are attractively presented and easily accessible to customers.
• Inventory Management: Assist with receiving and stocking products, ensuring that inventory levels are accurate and that products are rotated to minimize waste.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide support during peak periods.

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
