Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough initial evaluations and reassessments to identify patient goals and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Administer tests and measures to assess patient function and progress.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address patient goals and objectives.
  • Provide education and training to patients and their support systems on proper techniques and exercises.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy required; Doctorate degree preferred.
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
  • Completed state-regulated CEU requirements in the state of practice.
  • Valid CPR certification.
  • Experience with EMR software preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong clinical decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
