Key Responsibilities
  • Answering telephone calls and assisting callers or redirecting them to the appropriate staff member
  • Providing assistance to homeowners and visitors to the office
  • Accepting payments and processing transactions
  • Sales of amenity access cards and key fobs, pool tags, and license plates
  • Maintaining cash logs and issuing access cards and parking decals to new owners
  • Completing owner transfer forms for non-managed properties and deactivating previous owner access cards and parking decals
  • Maintaining Beach Cabana parking decal lists and access systems
  • Issuing temporary parking passes for the Cabana and managing unit keys
  • Collecting and distributing daily mail and performing other miscellaneous tasks as assigned

Benefits are available after a 90-day probation period, and the 401K Plan has immediate vesting with employer match up to 4% of compensation.

Work Environment

This position involves sitting, standing, stooping, kneeling, pushing, shoving, lifting, carrying, climbing stairs, and moving objects that can weigh up to 25 lbs.
