Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and implement electrical and instrumentation (E&I) systems to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
2. Interpret and manage Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) to ensure optimal system design and functionality.
3. Ensure compliance of all E&I systems with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and other relevant safety regulations.
4. Develop and oversee Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and process control systems, ensuring seamless integration within the manufacturing framework.
5. Conduct routine system testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance to ensure peak performance and minimize downtime.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align E&I systems with overall manufacturing goals.
7. Provide technical mentorship and training to junior engineers and team members.
8. Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in E&I engineering and apply this knowledge to your work.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related discipline.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar capacity within the manufacturing sector.
3. Proven expertise with Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), National Electrical Code (NEC), and E&I system design.
4. Solid experience with Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and process control systems.
5. Strong understanding of safety regulations and industry standards pertaining to E&I engineering.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
7. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to work effectively with diverse teams.
8. Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet stringent deadlines.
9. Proficiency in relevant software and applications for this role.
