Job Title: Services Coordinator

Overview:

Job Summary:

The Services Coordinator is responsible for developing and providing supportive services at our properties. This role requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a liaison and advocate with outside social and health agencies.
  • Plan and conduct after-school programs for resident youth.
  • Establish and work with resident groups to facilitate positive community relations.
  • Advise the Property Manager on overall service and recreation needs of the residential community.
  • Provide assistance with office duties as needed.
  • Evaluate service programming as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience in supportive services, with a preference for working with low-income families, children, youth, seniors, and disabled populations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with planning activities and locating outside support services.
