Job Summary:

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Lead Developer to join our team. As a key member of our AI/ML engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end GenAI architectures, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop GenAI Solutions: Design and implement end-to-end GenAI architectures, including data ingestion, training, evaluation, and deployment of AI models.
  • Ensure Scalability & Performance: Architect cloud-native, scalable solutions using GCP's services, ensuring that AI models can scale with our growing data needs.
  • Model Deployment & Monitoring: Operationalize AI/ML models, ensuring continuous monitoring, automated updates, and retraining pipelines for model accuracy and performance.
  • Security & Compliance: Ensure AI models and data handling adhere to industry standards for security, privacy, and compliance.
  • Innovate with Latest Technologies: Stay updated on emerging trends in GenAI, GCP services, and cloud-based AI/ML solutions, recommending and implementing new tools and technologies to improve our AI capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Experience with Gemmi and/or GPT models, RAG applications, Chatbot UI, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, and AI/ML technologies.
  • Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python, Java, SQL, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Kubernetes for ML workflows.
  • CI/CD: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Retail Domain: Knowledge of retail business processes and customer engagement technologies is preferred.
