Key Responsibilities:- Manage and document all material movements, ensuring accurate updates in the Oracle system.
- Organize incoming and outgoing inventory, including finished products, raw materials, and supplies, in designated staging and storage areas.
- Prepare items for shipment across various transportation methods (LTL, TL, ocean, rail, and airfreight).
- Inspect received goods to confirm they are free from damage and maintain precise records.
- Safeguard the quality and integrity of materials during loading and unloading processes.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment at all times.
- Generate and compile shipping documentation as per order requirements.
- Communicate effectively with other departments and respond to inquiries.
- Assist in staging processes, conducting cycle counts, and packing orders for dispatch.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
- Proven experience in staging, storing, and tracking materials, including raw materials and finished goods.
- Background in supporting staging operations, conducting cycle counts, and preparing orders for shipment.
- Ability to verify incoming goods to ensure they are undamaged and accurately recorded.
- Expertise in maintaining the quality and integrity of materials during handling activities.
- Skilled in generating and organizing shipping documents efficiently.
