About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist (SLP) to join our team of compassionate professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional patient outcomes. As a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively to provide personalized speech-language treatment and support patients in their journey towards recovery.


Estimated Salary

$87,000 - $112,000 per year, depending on experience and location.


Job Description

  • Providing speech-language treatment according to hospital, state, and federal regulations and professional guidelines.
  • Delegating tasks and supervising fellows, technicians, and assistants.
  • Maintaining open and ongoing communication with hospital departments to ensure patient, staff, and hospital needs are met.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  • Current state licensure or certification on or before the first day of employment.
  • CPR certification, unless otherwise required by hospital policy.
  • Demonstrated competence in speech-language pathology evaluation, assessment, care planning, and treatment.
  • Effective communication skills for working with patients, families, and caregivers.
