About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Counterintelligence Analyst to join our team at Jacobs. As a key member of our intelligence team, you will play a critical role in supporting United States Forces Global (USFOR-G) and providing multi-disciplined intelligence operations in support of global United States (US) military and government operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze All-source reporting to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
  • Establish and maintain enduring search criteria using reporting tools to ensure effective intelligence gathering.
  • Conduct analysis to develop actionable intelligence products that support Department of Defense (DoD), Special Operations Command (SOCOM), and Special Operations Forces (SOF) initiatives.
  • Provide feedback to collectors through evaluations and Source Directed Requirements (SDR) to ensure accurate and effective intelligence gathering.
  • Support CI operations by identifying individuals of CI concern through All-source analysis.
  • Identify insider threats and Military CI Collection (MCC) leads through proactive analysis.
  • Generate leads and provide support to full-spectrum CI operations.
  • Perform CI/HUMINT Analysis and Requirements Cell (CHARC) Operations to support intelligence gathering and analysis.
  • Generate thorough CI/HUMINT assessments based on reporting reviews and CI indicators.
  • Publish IIR evaluations to ensure accurate and effective intelligence gathering.
  • Provide operational assessments and recommendations to support intelligence gathering and analysis.
  • Conduct local national linguist (LNL) vetting to ensure accurate and effective intelligence gathering.
  • Positively Identify (PID) and deconflict LN identities to ensure accurate and effective intelligence gathering.
  • Assess LN threat concerns based on All-source analysis to support intelligence gathering and analysis.
  • Manage RFIs by entering data into RFI tracker, tracking statuses, and detailing the response as required.
  • Receive, vet, prioritize, and process applicable customer requirements to ensure accurate and effective intelligence gathering.
  • Delegate requirements to analysts and track progress to ensure accurate and effective intelligence gathering.
  • Compile analytical products and perform QC to ensure accurate and effective intelligence gathering.
  • Brief customers on final products to ensure accurate and effective intelligence gathering.
  • Serve as Contractor Team Lead to ensure effective team management and coordination.
  • Ensure all analysts uphold analytical standards through close supervision and mentorship.
  • Keep leadership informed of current RFIs, constraints, issues, and impacts to ensure effective team management and coordination.
  • Ensure all team members are operating within legal and operational requirements to ensure effective team management and coordination.
  • Advance analytical processes and methodologies to the functional site lead, when opportunities arise, to ensure effective team management and coordination.
  • Identify opportunities for greater efficiency to ensure effective team management and coordination.
  • Develop relationships with external elements that can enhance or expedite team products to ensure effective team management and coordination.
  • Stress test innovations in a controlled environment prior to disseminating across the team to ensure effective team management and coordination.
  • Support HUMINT Operations by identifying Military Source Operations (MSO) leads and providing analytical support to Operations.
Requirements
  • Expert knowledge in the following areas: Afghanistan/SWA regional analysis, network analysis, and HUMINT analysis.
  • Proficient in utilizing advanced computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development.
  • Proficient at briefing senior leadership at the O6 level.
  • Experience effectively mentoring junior and mid-level analysts in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments.
Clearance and Education
  • TS/SCI clearance required, with a willingness to undergo polygraph.
  • Bachelor's Degree or at least eight (8) years direct relevant intelligence analyst experience.
  • Minimum Years of Experience: At least eight (8) years analytical experience at the tactical/operational level within DoD or equivalent Government agencies and requires former MOS 350F, 18F, 35D, 34A, 35F, 350F, 35D, 34A or equivalent specialty codes such as USMC – 0204, 0210, Counterintelligence/Human Intelligence (CI/HUMINT) Specialist, 0231 Intelligence Specialist, US Navy – Navy Intelligence Specialist, USAF - 1N791 Human Intelligence Specialist, 1N490 Intelligence Fusion Analyst or other DoD joint service intelligence specialty codes, including, but not limited to, SIGINT, GEOINT, and OSINT.

  • Education – Master's Degree.
  • CI/HUMINT analytical experience.
  • OSINT/PAI research and analytical experience.
