About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Counterintelligence Analyst to join our team at Jacobs. As a key member of our intelligence team, you will play a critical role in supporting United States Forces Global (USFOR-G) and providing multi-disciplined intelligence operations in support of global United States (US) military and government operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze All-source reporting to identify and mitigate potential threats to national security.
  • Establish, maintain, and improve enduring search criteria using reporting tools to ensure effective intelligence gathering.
  • Conduct analysis to develop actionable intelligence products that support Department of Defense (DoD), Special Operations Command (SOCOM), and Special Operations Forces (SOF) initiatives.
  • Provide feedback to collectors through evaluations and Source Directed Requirements (SDR) to ensure accurate and effective intelligence gathering.
  • Support CI operations by identifying individuals of CI concern through All-source analysis.
  • Identify insider threats and Military CI Collection (MCC) leads through proactive analysis and reporting.
  • Generate leads and provide support to full-spectrum CI operations, including CI/HUMINT Analysis and Requirements Cell (CHARC) Operations.
  • Perform CI/HUMINT Analysis and generate thorough CI/HUMINT assessments based on reporting reviews and CI indicators.
  • Publish IIR evaluations and provide operational assessments and recommendations to support national security efforts.
  • Conduct local national linguist (LNL) vetting and positively identify (PID) and deconflict LN identities.
  • Assess LN threat concerns based on All-source analysis and manage RFIs by entering data into RFI trackers, tracking statuses, and detailing responses as required.
  • Receive, vet, prioritize, and process applicable customer requirements and delegate requirements to analysts, tracking progress and compiling analytical products for quality control.
  • Brief customers on final products and serve as Contractor Team Lead, ensuring all analysts uphold analytical standards through close supervision and mentorship.
  • Keep leadership informed of current RFIs, constraints, issues, and impacts, and ensure all team members operate within legal and operational requirements.
  • Advance analytical processes and methodologies to the functional site lead, identifying opportunities for greater efficiency and developing relationships with external elements to enhance or expedite team products.
  • Support HUMINT Operations by identifying Military Source Operations (MSO) leads and providing analytical support to Operations, delivering up to 10 analytical reports and analytical lead reports per week as required.
Requirements
  • Expert knowledge in Afghanistan/SWA regional analysis, network analysis, and HUMINT analysis.
  • Proficient in utilizing advanced computer applications and intelligence-related automation to support analytical efforts and product development.
  • Proficient at briefing senior leadership at the O6 level.
  • Experience effectively mentoring junior and mid-level analysts in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments.
Clearance and Education
  • TS/SCI clearance with a willingness to undergo polygraph.
  • Bachelor's Degree or at least eight (8) years direct relevant intelligence analyst experience.
  • At least eight (8) years analytical experience at the tactical/operational level within DoD or equivalent Government agencies and requires former MOS 350F, 18F, 35D, 34A, 35F, 350F, 35D, 34A or equivalent specialty codes such as USMC – 0204, 0210, Counterintelligence/Human Intelligence (CI/HUMINT) Specialist, 0231 Intelligence Specialist, US Navy – Navy Intelligence Specialist, USAF - 1N791 Human Intelligence Specialist, 1N490 Intelligence Fusion Analyst or other DoD joint service intelligence specialty codes, including, but not limited to, SIGINT, GEOINT, and OSINT.
