Position Overview

As a vital member of the Guest Services Team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the Guest experience, contributing to unforgettable memories. This position offers diverse responsibilities across various areas of the arena, including ushering, ticket verification, customer service on the concourse, and greeting attendees. Your primary aim will be to assist guests by providing directions and sharing essential information, all while fostering a World-Class atmosphere. Your duties will also include ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our fans in a friendly and enjoyable environment.

The compensation for this role ranges from $13.50 to $15.50 per hour.

Benefits for Part-Time Roles: Includes a 401(k) savings plan with matching contributions. Additionally, part-time, seasonal, and internship employees earn one hour of paid leave for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum of 48 hours annually.

Key Responsibilities

Members of the Event Staff Team are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to guests attending events at the Liberty First Credit Union Arena. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Ushers: Act as the point of contact for assigned seating sections, monitor compliance with fan conduct policies, and assist guests in finding their seats.
  • Ticket Scanners: Welcome guests upon entry, provide necessary directions, and ensure a smooth ticket scanning process.
  • Greeters/Access Control: Welcome guests approaching restricted areas, verify ticket access, and maintain a positive atmosphere.

All roles require excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Candidates should demonstrate a positive attitude and be prepared to stand or walk for extended periods.

  • Prior experience in hospitality or entertainment settings is preferred.
  • A genuine passion for assisting and engaging with people is essential.
  • Ability to maintain a positive demeanor in challenging situations.
  • Flexible availability, particularly for weekend events and home games.
