- Participate in on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 coverage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and maintain expertise in laboratory techniques and instrumentation.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless operations.
- Bachelor's degree in chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science from an accredited college or university.
- Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist by ASCP (or equivalent organization), or Histocompatibility Technologist by ABHI, or within 18 months of employment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
