Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Associate to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive store environment, and meeting sales goals.

About the Position

This is a full-time opportunity that requires standing for long periods, walking up to 5 miles daily, and working in varying weather conditions. You will review customer orders, locate merchandise on the sales floor, and ensure accurate order fulfillment.

Key Tasks

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and facing merchandise.
  • Review customer orders and locate merchandise on the sales floor to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with other team members to meet sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $16-$28 per hour, depending on experience and location. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.
