Job Opportunity: Dietitian

Immanuel Pathways PACE is seeking a dedicated and experienced Dietitian to join our team at Pathways Southwest Iowa.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop personalized plans to meet the unique needs of our participants.
  • Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team to ensure the nutritional needs of our participants are met, promoting a culture of excellence in care.
  • Coordinate meal services and kitchen facilities to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
  • Provide education and training to healthcare professionals and participants on nutrition and wellness, empowering them to make informed decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in food and nutrition or dietetics from an accredited college or university.
  • At least one year of experience working with a frail or elderly population, demonstrating a passion for geriatric care.
  • Two years of experience in dietetics and/or nutrition, with a proven track record of success.
  • One year of management experience in a geriatric care setting, showcasing leadership skills and expertise.
