Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to join a widely celebrated brand as the Assistant Store Manager in our Nashville, 12 South store. You'll lead a team of talented retail associates, driving growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction. As a key member of our retail team, you'll work closely with marketing, CX, creative, and HQ partners to create unforgettable retail experiences. With a focus on developing and executing operational activities, you'll play a crucial role in meeting financial expectations and exceeding customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for ensuring that your team provides exceptional customer service to every person, every time.
  • You will communicate Away's values and brand philosophy to customers and team members alike.
  • You will develop, execute, and continuously improve all operational activities to meet financial expectations and exceed customer satisfaction.
  • You will work cross-functionally to ensure the store is a hub for retail excellence, collaborating with marketing, CX, creative, and HQ partners to create exemplary retail experiences.
  • You will retain and develop your team of retail associates, growing them into our next generation of retail leaders.
  • You will oversee daily staffing, inventory management, visual standards, and all front-of-house and back-of-house procedures to keep the store's engine efficiently running.
  • You will help execute any in-store marketing or community programming events by acting as a liaison with HQ team members.


What We Offer

Away offers a competitive salary range of $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 annually (non-exempt). This role is eligible to participate in Away's Retail Incentive Bonus Plan, the terms of which are determined on a basis at the discretion of the company.
