Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Construction Associate to join our team as an entry-level technician in Milpitas. As a key member of our disaster restoration team, you will assist lead technicians and project managers with mitigation and restoration projects, including water extraction and mitigation, fire and smoke cleaning and restoration, biohazard cleanup, demolition and light construction, carpet cleaning, and content handling/storage.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist lead technicians and project managers with mitigation and restoration projects
  • Learn and follow established policies and standard operating procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Care for company equipment, tools, and vehicles
  • Collaborate with production managers, job coordinators, and production teams
  • Complete and maintain required trainings and certifications
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including being on call as required
Requirements:
  • Great leadership ability, judgment, adaptability, integrity, and humility
  • Passion to learn and improve
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Desire to excel in a 24/7/365 emergency services business
  • Willingness to work substantial overtime as required
  • Computer proficiency
  • Valid driver's license preferred
  • Primary physical presence at branch location in Milpitas
  • High school diploma
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and sit for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift/carry 25 lb+
