Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a variety of engaging activities that promote cognitive, physical, and social stimulation for seniors.

About Method HRM:

Qualifications:
- An associate's degree from an accredited institution and at least one year of experience as an Activities Director, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
- State qualification as an Activities Director (if required) with a minimum of six months experience working with individuals with dementia.
- A strong grasp of program implementation aimed at providing cognitive, physical, and social engagement.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for effective management of calendars and budgets.
- A genuine passion for engaging with a diverse range of individuals, particularly seniors and their families, to create memorable experiences.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to inspire and manage a committed team.
