Qualifications:

  • An associate's degree from an accredited institution and at least one year of experience as an Activities Director, or a comparable combination of education and experience.

  • A strong grasp of program implementation aimed at providing cognitive, physical, and social engagement.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for effective management of calendars and budgets.
  • A genuine passion for engaging with a diverse range of individuals, particularly seniors and their families, to create memorable experiences.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills to inspire and manage a committed team.
