Key Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed National Vision's sales and company objectives by effectively promoting and selling eyewear products to patients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to patient inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently using the POS/SDS system.
  • Take optical measurements for patient eyewear as permitted by state law.
  • Coordinate the distribution of eyewear products to patients according to National Vision guidelines.
  • Assist with dispensing eyeglasses and contact lenses to patients, as permitted by state law.
  • Perform insertion and removal training of contact lenses to patients as directed by management and permitted by state law.
  • Contribute to the marketing of the store by participating in Business Builder events and promoting National Vision's products and services.
  • Complete inventory count and replenish stock as necessary.

Requirements

  • Strong selling skills and ability to learn optical knowledge.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively with patients and colleagues.
