About the Role

As a Quality Control Supervisor, you will embark on a transformative career path with Reckitt.

Your expertise will fuel industry-leading health and hygiene solutions.

You will lead the daily & strategic operation of the analytical chemistry lab, equipment, and processes.

You will provide technical support to quality, operations, R&D, and the global analytical community within RB.

You will communicate effectively with management and other cross-functional peers to quickly resolve quality issues.

You will monitor key performance indicators and take timely action to continue providing excellent service to the organization.

You will use lean principles to drive continuous improvement in laboratory operations, including the on-going evaluation of testing strategy and supply costs.

You will develop team members to ensure a robust knowledge base in the lab and establish subject matter experts in key areas.

You will provide ongoing coaching and assessment of personnel through performance programs.

You will manage compliance with all HR policies and administer employee relation matters timely and effectively.

You will ensure a safe work environment and safe behaviors for self and coworkers.

Occasional travel may be required.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's Degree or advanced degree in Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, or related degree required.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Quality food manufacturing environment, including management/supervision experience.

In-depth knowledge of analytical chemistry, advanced lab instrumentation, and food testing methodology is required.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills required.

Excellent administration and communication skills, both verbal and written are required.

Established leadership and team building capabilities are desired.

Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, OSHA, and FDA regulations are desired.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is desired.

Strong computer skills are desired, with knowledge of MS office, SAP, Optiva, and GLIMS being beneficial.

Prior experience managing costs and driving improvements is desired.

Salary Range

USD $65,000 - $97,000

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law.

In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
